Terms and Conditions: Mobil 1 Performance+ Network Program

Promotional Period: May 1 - November 30, 2024

Eligibility

• Open to Steer customers, including prospective customers who sign up for Steer
• Customers must opt-in to the program, providing shop name, shop phone, and email
• Participation in the program implies agreement to these Terms and Conditions

General Terms

• Participants must purchase and use Mobil 1 oil to qualify for the promotion
• Other oil brands beyond Mobil 1 will not be counted toward the monthly rebate amount
• Participants can purchase Mobil 1 oil from any distribution channel (retail store, wholesale, distributor network) and still qualify for the promotion
• Steer’s customers simply opt-in by joining the Performance+ Network, no further action is needed from the customer to join
• Participants must specify in their SMS that Mobil 1 oil was used for the service
• Mobil 1 will determine the amount of oil changes completed by rooftop each month and inform Steer of the rebatable amount by Tier per rooftop
• Steer to send each participating customer a monthly email informing them of the Tier they attained for that previous month
• By participating, customers consent to receive future promotional offers from Mobil 1
• Steer and/or Mobil 1 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice
• Any decision by Steer or Mobil 1 regarding the Program, including eligibility and rebate calculations, is final

Rebate Structure

• Rebates are tiered based on the number of Mobil 1 oil changes performed
• Rebates earned will be applied toward the shop's Steer subscription
• Rebates are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
